Andalusia High School has announced Class Day for Monday, August 2 when students will pick up schedules, purchase lockers and parking passes, and pick up pre-ordered 2021 yearbooks and supply lists.

Grades 10 through 12 will need to come to the volleyball gym at the following times: seniors – 8:30 a.m., juniors – 10:30 a.m., and sophomores – 1 p.m. There will be an orientation meeting in the AHS Auditorium for freshmen and their parents at 5:30 p.m.

Andalusia Junior High School will be holding a schedule pickup Monday, August 2 at 7 p.m. in the AHS Auditorium. Those unable to attend may pick up their schedules in the AJHS office after Monday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.

AJHS will have a supply drop-off on Thursday, August 12 from 1 until 3 p.m. Parents may purchase their child’s lock for $10 at this time.

Seventh Grade Supply List

All Classes/Homeroom Items – Wide-ruled loose-leaf notebook paper, pencils, 1 highlighter, 1 box of tissues, Lysol wipes, paper towels, 2 packs of copy paper, and 1 set of ear buds (please label)

English Language Arts – 3-ring binder, 1 package of divider tabs, colored pencils, and washable markers

Math – 3-ring binder (1 1/2-inch suggested for math only), notebook paper, pencils and erasers, 1 pencil pouch, TI-30 XS Multiview calculator (or any scientific calculator required), Expo markers, and 1 red pen

Science – 2 composition notebooks (for science only), 5 glue sticks, 2 rolls of paper towels, pens or pencils, 1 package of divider tabs, and colored pencils/markers/crayons

Social Studies – 1-inch binder, ruler, hole punch

Band – 1-inch black binder, 1 pack of sheet protectors, and 1 pencil pouch in binder

Art – 1 pencil, 1 sketchbook with blank unlined paper (preferably 8×10 or 9×12), 1 black fine-tip Sharpie, and 1 black ultra-fine-tip Sharpie

Choir – 1-inch 3-ring black binder and pencil

Computer Science – 2 composition notebooks
