Mr. Billie R. Blackmon, 92, of Andalusia, passed away Monday, August 30, 2021, at his residence.

Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Friday, September 3, at Liberty Cemetery with Brother Hank Roberts officiating and Foreman Funeral Home directing. Visitation will begin at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Foreman Funeral Home.

Survivors include his sons and daughters-in-law, Terry Glenn and Patsy Blackmon of Panama City, David Michael and Nancy Blackmon of Andalusia; four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild; a brother and sister-in-law, Samuel and Christy Blackmon of Mobile; and sisters and brothers-in-law, Samantha Scott of Spanish Fort, Alabama, Joyce and Will Rodgers of Brewton, Gail Land of Brewton; also brother-in-law, Hank Roberts of Andalusia.
