Mrs. Brenda Joyce Cowie of Opp passed away on Sept. 22, 2021, at Mizell Memorial Hospital.

Memorial services were held Friday, Oct. 29, 11 a.m.,  at Keahey Funeral Chapel in Andalusia. Doial King and Kym Keahey delivered the eulogy.

Left to cherish her memory: husband, James Cowie of Opp; daughters, Kira Duncan of Orlando, Chrissa Davis Florida, Dawn Arthurs of Denver, Adene Duncan of Orlando and Tawny Applegate of Denver; brothers, Richard Strange of Denver and Doug Strange of New York; brother-in-law, John Norris of Opp; and many grandchildren.
