Mrs. Betty Sue Grimes, 90, of Andalusia, passed away Sunday, Nov. 28, 2021, in Andalusia Hospital.

Funeral services will be Friday, Dec. 3, 2 p.m., at Good News Baptist Chapel in Rose Hill with interment in the church cemetery. Brother Jay Driver will officiate the service with Foreman Funeral Home directing. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Friday at the church.

Mrs. Grimes is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Susan G. Baker and husband, Phil of Pike Road, Alabama, and Sandy Wiggins and husband, Shannon of Andalusia; one son and daughter-in-law, Melvin Michael Grimes and wife, Sonja of Andalusia; 11 grandchildren, Jessica Jacquay, Brad (Amber) Seay, Beth Hobbie, Callie (Bryan) Koyle, Josh Baker, Hunter Grimes, Jameson Holmes, Maggie Holmes, Hank Wiggins, Victoria (Brian) Maio, Brandon Veasey; five great-grandchildren, Bryant Seay, Jackson Seay, Grayson Koyle, Alex Veasey, and Ayla Veasey.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Melvin Grimes, and her daughter-in-law, Toni Grimes.
