Sav-A-Life of Covington County invites the public to a Sanctity of Human Life candle-lighting and prayer vigil on Wednesday, Jan. 19, between 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. in Andalusia at the Covington County Courthouse. Please wear a mask and practice social distancing.
Individuals, families, or church groups are invited to come by on the way to or from church and light a candle in memory of over 64 million babies aborted in the U.S. the past 49 years since the U.S.
Supreme Court legalized abortion during the entire nine months of pregnancy on January 22, 1973. Spend a few moments in prayer for the unborn, those experiencing the pain of a past abortion, and for our country to one day value every human life again.
Speakers are available for Sanctity of Human Life services and free bulletin inserts for churches.
Sav-A-Life’s Family Hope Center is located in Andalusia at 116 Crescent Street, around the corner from the Covington County Courthouse. For more information, call 334-222-0644.
