Mr. John Edward Page of Andalusia passed away Monday, Feb. 7, 2022, at Andalusia Health. He was 75.
Graveside services were held Thursday, Feb. 10, 2 p.m., at Cedar Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. The family received friends at Keahey Funeral Home from 12:30 p.m. until time to depart for the graveside. Masks were recommended for attendees. Rev. John Hunt officiated. Serving as pallbearers were Tim Page, Steve Goraum, Richard Page, Mike Burkett, Darell Ziglar, and Ricky Potter. Keahey Funeral Home was entrusted with services.
Left to cherish his memory of 57 years, Patricia Page of Andalusia, son, Samuel Jon Lennon Page of Andalusia; daughters, Patti Maughon (Billy) of Bossier City, Louisiana; Jennifer “Ginger” Hall (Chris) of Andalusia; brother, Grady Page (Myra) of Andalusia; sister, Evelyn Page of Andalusia; grandchildren, Candace Wilkerson of Mobile; Taylor Maughon, Dylan Maughon, and Kyle Hall.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Lennon Page and Locial Daugherty Page; brothers, William Page, Gene Page, and Alford Page; sister, Myrtle Goraum.
John Edward was a local contractor and through the years has built many beautiful homes around Covington County. In 1988, he and Patricia opened P.J. Formals; through that business, the couple has provided pageantry clothing to many customers. He loved TV game shows and spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed.
