Mrs. Shirley Ann Maddox, 77, of Andalusia passed away Friday, Feb. 11, 2022, at Flowers Hospital in Dothan.

Memorial service will be announced at a later date.

She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Cliff Maddox (Connie) of Andalusia, Quint Maddox (Kay) of Andalusia; her grandchildren, Suzanne Lunsford (Shane), Lucas Maddox (Brooke), Rob Maddox, Quinton Maddox (Alexa), Peyton Maddox (Kailey) and seven great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, J.D and Murtie Lee Donaldson, and her brother, Paul Donaldson.
