October 11

  • Cody Allen Burgans was arrested and charged with second degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Yolonda Nicole Byrd was arrested and charged with grand jury indictment.
  • Mitchell Laccarro Carter was arrested and charged with two counts of failure to appear.
