Mrs. Ann Stokes Thomasson, 89, of Andalusia, passed away Friday, Dec. 16, 2022, in Andalusia Hospital.

Funeral services were Monday, Dec. 19, 11 a.m., at Cedar Grove Church of Christ with Brother Eddie Boggess officiating and Foreman Funeral Home directing. Visitation was Sunday, Dec. 18, from 6:30 until 8:30 p.m. at Foreman Funeral Home and at the church 30 minutes prior to services.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Roddy and Mary Thomasson of Andalusia; daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Billy Futrell of Midland, Texas; grandchildren: Mary Elizabeth Thomasson, Katheryn Ashlee (Brandon) Hill, Amy Dene’ (Nathan) Canter, Kerry Wayne (Anna) Thomasson, Kelley Austin (Lexie) Futrell, and Jason Roderick (Brittney) Thomasson; 10 great-grandchildren; her sisters, Charlotte Bryant, Betty Jo Vinson, Mittie (David) Knowles, and Amelia (Jimmy) Lindsey.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Esker Thomasson; an infant son, Kenneth Wayne Thomasson; two brothers, Jimmy Stokes and George Stokes; and sister, Winfred Terry.

Pallbearers were Kerry Thomasson, Kelley Futrell, Jason Thomasson, Nathan Canter, Brandon Hill, Weston Canter, Billy Futrell, Myles Hill, Elijah Canter, Zephyr Futrell, and Hunter Thomasson
