Mrs. Katie W. Maddox, 94, of Andalusia, passed away at Opp Health and Rehab.

Funeral services for Mrs. Maddox will be Monday, Jan. 23, 11 a.m., at Foreman Funeral Home with Rev. Josh Wilson officiating. The interment will take place in the Andalusia Memorial Cemetery. Visitation for Mrs. Maddox will be Monday at 9 a.m.

Mrs. Maddox is survived by two sons, Larry Maddox (Vandalyn) and Donnie Maddox (Lynda), both of Andalusia, and a granddaughter, Jessica Kelley (Shannon) of Andalusia, two great-grandchildren, Maddox Brooklyn Kelley and Jaxson Reid Kelley, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Wayne Bennett, Royce Sightler, Mark Frank, Steve McPherson, Mike Christensen, and Ricky Counts will be serving the Maddox family as pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you make a memorial donation to Southside Baptist Church.
