Bert Arthur Burril, 79, of Elba, Alabama passed away Sunday, Sept. 24, 2023, at his home.

Funeral services will be held at Hayes Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, Sept. 26, at 6 p.m. with Rev. Gene Nelson officiating. Visitation will be at Hayes Funeral Home on Tuesday, Sept. 26, from 5 to 6 p.m. Graveside services will be held at Evergreen Cemetery in Gulfport, Mississippi, on Saturday, Sept. 30, at 2 p.m.

Survivors include his wife, Norma Riley Burril of Elba, Alabama; sons, Casey (Jenny) Burril of Elba and Brian (Connie) Burril of Jackson, Mississippi; and sister, Doris Shroud of Atlanta, Georgia.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bert B. and Vertha Castello Burril, and a son, Arthur Burril.
