The Andalusia Area Chamber of Commerce’s 2023-2024 Business of the Year Community Service Award recipient is All In Credit Union.

All In Credit Union started as Army Aviation Center Federal Credit Union in 1966 during the height of the Vietnam Conflict. As soldiers were deployed, they and their families needed access to low-cost financial services while stationed at Fort Rucker. Over the years, the company’s membership base has expanded with a goal to provide more people than ever access to affordable financial services they can trust from an organization committed to excellence.

The company changed its name in May 2019 to All In Credit Union. With an original investment of $35, All In has expanded to 32 branches located in Mobile, Southeast Alabama, the Florida Panhandle, and Mississippi, and is now a full-service financial institution with $3 billion in assets.

All In provides personalized financial solutions to more than 174,000 members. Local All In branches are located in Andalusia and Opp.

The organization and its employees are committed to enriching the lives of others by helping them reach their goals and achieve financial success. The Credit Union Movement is about People Helping People and All In Credit Union works hard every day to live that motto. All In Credit Union has worked hard to build a culture of accountability that places an emphasis on helping one another and making a difference in our communities.

All in Credit Union promotes community service and involvement through their work. They promote and volunteer at all Chamber events and purchase sponsorship.

Last year, All In sponsored and volunteered at the Chamber Classic Golf Tournament. They also volunteered for the Full Tummy Project of Covington County.

At July Jamz, All In sponsored the “Foam Frenzy” and had representatives on hand each week to oversee the attraction for children. At Christmas in Candyland, All In volunteered for “Cocoa with Characters” and ran a booth giving away free cocoa.

All In is a wonderful business in the community that strives to get their employees plugged in and out and about being seen.

In 2023, All In donated more than $451,000 to charitable organizations through its Helping Hands Foundation, provided more than $75,000 in scholarships that were awarded to high school seniors and college freshman, and donated more than $45,000 that was distributed to soldiers by All In through Army Emergency Relief programs.

All In employees donated more than 5,000 volunteer hours to community organizations and provided 173 hours of financial education to more than 2,000 students, who are now better prepared for a successful future.

All In is pleased to have demonstrated commitment to delivering excellence as it lives the company’s mission, vision, and values. This is only the beginning of what All In plans to do as it marches toward a successful future of growth that will provide the means for the company to give back even more in the future.
