The South Central Alabama Mental Health Center is seeking input from the public and requesting assistance with the completion of a community needs assessment survey.

The survey, which can be completed anonymously, will help the center improve its services and identify gaps in care in Covington County.

By answering a few questions, you can help us better understand the community’s needs, allowing us to tailor our services to ensure they are effective for everyone. SCAMHC is a 501(c)(3) organization providing an array of services to mentally ill, substance use, and developmentally disabled individuals in Butler, Coffee, Covington, and Crenshaw Counties. Serving approximately 4,500 people each year, the center’s ability to meet the needs of the uninsured is limited without the assistance of philanthropic agencies and local government support.
