Mr. and Mrs. Robert B. Woodall Sr. of Andalusia is pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Elizabeth Ashley, to Stephen Christopher Hanson, son of Ms. Carla J. Powell of Hanceville and the late Stephen D. Hanson of Cullman.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Adolph M. Knighton of Foley and the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert M. Woodall of Monroeville.

She is a 2007 graduate of Andalusia High School and a 2011 graduate of Auburn University. She is currently employed with the Auburn City Schools.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Powell of Hanceville and Mr. Frank Hanson and the late Mrs. Faye Hanson of Cullman.

He is a 2006 graduate of Hanceville High School and is actively seeking a bachelor‘s degree in information systems management. He is a staff sergeant with the Alabama Air National Guard and is currently employed at Gunter Air Force Base in Montgomery.

The couple will wed on March 31, 2012, at the First United Methodist Church, Andalusia.
