For the last 53 years, Judge Bill Baldwin has served the community faithfully as a member of the Andalusia Lions Club. He is famous throughout Andalusia for his broom and mop selling skills, a much-needed quality of a Lion’s Club member. Wednesday, club members said ‘thank you’ for his service in honor of his 90th birthday.
