There is still time for area residents to participate in the American Cancer Society’s Cancer Prevention Study-3 (CPS3).

The American Cancer Society is partnering with PowerSouth to sign up participants in the study from this area. The community’s goal is to have 250 area residents participate. As of this week, there were 160 enrolled.

Participants will enroll and schedule a time on Nov. 13 or 14 to have blood drawn at PowerSouth, the Cancer Society’s local corporate partner.
