Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp, Gantt and River Falls Police Departments Dec. 6, 2012:

• James Carl Dean, 37, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Thomas Ray Parnell, 45, for two counts of failure to appear (traffic) and held without bond.

• Martin Watson, 24, for possession of marijuana II and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $1,500 bond.

• Demetriyunte N. Smith, 18, for two counts of fraudulent use of a credit/debit card and receiving stolen property and held on a $20,000 bond.
