Andalusia’s Jo Kelley is the featured artist this month at the Opp Cultural Arts Council.

Those interested in viewing Kelley’s work may do so Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m., in the OCAC’s Gallery 1 at 107 N. Main Street in Opp.
