A one-day only registration for Andalusia Community Christmas will be held on Sat., Nov. 2 for families in the Andalusia, Pleasant Home, Red Level and Straughn school districts.

The program serves children from two years through 10 years of age.

Registration will take place at these neighborhood schools from 9 a.m. until noon, with the exception of Andalusia, which will continue registration until 3 p.m.

Please remember that only parents and guardians are allowed to register their children. No grandparents, aunts or other individuals unless they are legal guardians.

Individuals must bring the following documents at the time of registration:

• a picture ID for the parent registering their children, i.e. driver’s license, school ID, work photo ID, etc.

• the child(ren)’s birth certificate with documentation of guardianship for each child that is not your biological child.

• proof of residence – current bill or rent receipt that shows your physical address. No post office addresses are accepted.

• proof of government assistance such as WIC, Medicaid, SSI, etc.
