The City of Andalusia’s Department of Leisure Services announced the 2014 Soccer All-Stars on Tuesday.

District tournaments are slated for Nov. 1. The 9Us play in Troy, the 11U and 13U teams play in Dothan and the 15Us play in Eufaula.
