Mounds has 80 calories, 4.5 grams of fat, 10 grams of carbs and 7 grams of sugar.

The best options for Halloween candy include Jolly Ranchers, Blow Pops, Gobstoppers, Pixy Stix and Candy Corn.

Three pieces of Jolly Ranchers have 50 calories, 0 grams of fat, 13 grams of carbs and 8 grams of sugar.

One regular Blow Pop packs 60 calories, 16.8 grams of carbs and 12 grams of sugar.

Nine pieces of Gobstoppers have 60 calories, 0 grams of fat, 14 grams of carbs and 14 grams of sugar.
