Jane Lucas was crowned Ms. Andalusia Manor during the annual beauty pageant on Thursday afternoon. Ten contestants put on their best to try and woo the judges their way.

Results were tabulated after each was introduced to the crowd. The first, second and third runners up went to Felma Schrimshire, Carolyn Jackson and Elizabeth Sirmon, respectively.

Most inspiring went to Mattie Griffith; Rhonda Fulford was crowned Ms. Congeniality; Linda Sessions won best smile; Helen Taylor won the spirit award; Inez Carroll won best interview; and Edith Cooper won best personality.
