The Florala Wildcats (5-4) will head to Beatrice, AL to face the J.F. Shields Panthers (1-7) in the final game of the season.

The Wildcats are coming off a heartbreaking loss to Kinston last week that dashed the Wildcats playoff hopes.

After allowing 26 first half points, to the Kinston Bulldogs, the Wildcats defense buckled down and shutout the Bulldogs in the second half and will be looking to build off that momentum heading into this weeks match-up.

For all the seniors, led by Austin West, on the team they will be geared up for the chance to go out with a win. The leadership from West and the other seniors has been strong for the Wildcats this season, and there is no doubt they want to end their high schools careers on a winning note.

The Wildcats and Panthers will kickoff at 7 p.m. Friday night.
