Rains forced the Coterie Club to move the annual Storybook Festival to the gym at Johnson Park, but little ones and their families turned out for the event. This year’s theme was “Feed your Imagination.”

 

Eventgoers were treated to four different plays, including “Pinkalicious” by Coterie; “Bunny Cakes,” a Max and Ruby story by Coterie; “Stone Soup,” by Red Level High School and “The Gingerbread Man” by Andalusia High School.

 

Children enjoyed crafts, photographs, popcorn, balloons and facepainting.
