The Andalusia High School Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) recently made memories that will last a lifetime. Mrs. Jana Clark, AHS FCCLA Adviser, and 15 FCCLA members attended the AmericasMart Fashion Market and Fashion Show in Atlanta, GA on April 8. The students got to experience 13 floors of shopping with merchandise marked at wholesale prices. After shopping, the FCCLA members viewed an actual fashion show titled “Code.” After the fashion show, fine dining was experienced at a formal restaurant called “Cuts.” On Sat., April 9, the students explored Zoo Atlanta. This is AHS FCCLA’s third year attending the fashion market, and Mrs. Clark plans to keep the tradition going. Mrs. Clark would also like to thank the other chaperones, Mrs. Tamika Burns, Mrs. Connie Karthaus, Ms. Stacey Whisonant, and Mr. Frank Shaffer, for all of their help.
