After narrowly beating Headland 72-70 in area action on Tuesday night, and defeating fifth-ranked Calera 93-85 on Saturday night, Andalusia remains No. 2 in this week’s Alabama Sports Writer’s Association basketball poll.

The Bulldogs clinched the Class 4A, Area 3 regular season title on Tuesday night.

Andalusia will host Northview (Dothan) tonight in regular season action.

The Bulldogs are 23-2 on the season.

Andalusia’s Lady Bulldogs also didn’t move a spot in the latest poll.

The Lady Bulldogs are still ranked No. 9 in the poll, and their record is 18-4 on the season after wins over Calera and Headland.
