PeeWee Bulldogs get win

Andalusia’s PeeWee Bulldogs beat Crestview, Fla., 44-0 on Saturday night to finish their regular season undefeated, and the No. 1 seed going into the playoffs next weekend.
With this victory, the Bulldogs (7-0) will face No. 4 seed Baker, Fla., in the first round of the playoffs in Crestview this Sat., Oct. 22.
“This by far was the best game our young men have played,” Andalusia PeeWee coach Casey Jones said.
Crestview fumbled the ball on its opening possession, and Andalusia’s Will Clark recovered for the Bulldogs.
On Andalusia’s first offensive possession, Jamal Hourel took the ball on a quarterback keeper from 37 yards out. Grant Holley scored the extra point.
Hourel finished the night with three rushing touchdowns from 37, 15 and 50 yards. He was also 1-of-4 for 30 yards in passing.
Andalusia’s defense only allowed one first down, held Crestview to four punts, one fumble and one interception.
Kendrick Brown, Undre Johnson, R.J. Drish, Zion Bullard and Ethan Gobea led the Bulldogs in tackles.
Andalusia scored its second touchdown on a 70-yard sweep from B.J. Anderson. Anderson added another touchdown from 64 yards out after the Bulldogs defense forced a Crestview three-and-out.
The Bulldogs led 25-0 at half time, and came out scoring when Hourel rushed 50 yards for his third touchdown.
On Crestview’s next offensive possession, Jayden Brown intercepted the pass and ran it back 45 yards for the score.
On their own 15-yard line after a couple illegal procedure calls, Andalusia’s Mikah Worrels took the ball 85 yards for the score.
