Shaw Industries made the top 10 of Forbe Magazine’s America’s Best Employers list.

The carpet manufacturer, which has a plant in Andalusia, was listed at No. 8 on the list, behind Google, Costco Wholesale, Marathon Petroleum, The Container Store, L.L. Bean, Baxter International and BMW Group. Wegmans Food Markets and Harley-Davidson round out the top 10 list at Nos. 9 and 10, respectively.
