The Covington County Extension Office will hold a canning workshop called is “All About Salsa.”

We will be canning salsa and learning how to grow your own salsa garden.

Each participant will receive a free Home Food Preservation in Alabama book and will get to take home a jar of the salsa we can in the workshop.

The cost for the workshop is $5 per person.

The workshop will be held at the Covington County Extension Office located at 23952 Alabama Hwy 55 in Andalusia. It will be from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Tues., June 30.
