With the Alabama Community College Conference’s South Division leaders Faulkner State in town on Thursday, the LBWCC Lady Saints found runs extremely hard to come by.

The Lady Saints fell 8-0, 5-0 and 6-0 to the Lady Sun Chiefs.

Faulkner State increased their division lead to two games over Wallace Community College-Dothan.

The Lady Sun Chiefs are 35-11 overall and 16-1 in conference play. Even in the loss, the Lady Saints had some nice defensive plays, including a diving catch in center field from freshman Katelyn Kinsaul.

The Lady Saints are now 6-12 in conference play and 7-32 overall.
