LBW Community College is welcoming back a former student as the associate dean of Adult Education, Workforce Development and Continuing Education for all locations.

Jennifer Hall is no stranger to the workings of LBWCC. She’s worked all three areas within the division during the last 16 years.

“This has been my goal for several years and I have worked very hard to get here,” Hall said.

“My personal mission statement is to help others.”

Hall is a graduate of Enterprise High School. She attended LBWCC for her associate degree in computer science, then went on to Capella University to earn her bachelor’s degree in information technology. She earned her master’s degree in business management from Troy University.

“I really look forward to helping students develop and grow. For me, seeing students go on to gain employment and become successful is fulfilling,” Hall said.

“I want to offer more training to our students and our citizens.”

Hall said she is looking forward to growing the division and developing programs in the communities served by LBWCC.

“Mrs. Hall has experience working within the areas during the last 16 years,” said LBWCC President Dr. Herb Riedel said. “She will supervise the development, implementation, and coordination of timely and relevant workforce development programs as well as a comprehensive array of continuing education courses.”

Hall is an active member of the Southside Baptist Church in Andalusia.

She spends her free time with her husband and her 5-year-old son.
