There are only three shopping days until Christmas and retailers in Andalusia are busy preparing for a last-minute rush. For those who need to shop, local businesses have special hours in the coming days.

• Goody’s will offer later hours this week to late shoppers. For Friday and Saturday, the store will be open from 8 a.m. to midnight. The hours for Sunday are 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. They will be closed on Christmas Day. For returns, the store will be opened on Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Walker’s Business Machines will be open every day this week 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. On Saturday, the store will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. On Christmas Eve, their hours will be 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. They will be closed on Christmas Day.

“We try to stay open for our last minute gift shoppers,” Alan Walker, the owner said. For returns, the store will be open on Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. For returns, the store only offers exchanges or store credit within seven business days of the purchase.

• Ward and Co. will be open 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. every day this week. On Christmas Eve, the business will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. They will be closed on Christmas Day. On Tuesday, they will resume normal business hours, which is 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. For returns, the store only offers exchanges or store credit.
• The Lena Ellen Boutique in Oasis will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. for the rest of the week. On Sunday, they will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. They are closed for Christmas Day. On Tuesday, the store will resume regular 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. hours. All returns are store credit or exchange.
• Utopia Boutique will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. for the rest of the week. They’re closed on Christmas Day as well as Tuesday. On Wednesday, the store will resume regular business hours. All returns are store credit or exchange.
• Sanders Fine Jewelry will be open until 7 p.m. on Friday. On Saturday, the hours will be 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., but are susceptible to change.

“We are versatile on Christmas Eve because we try to be open in case someone hasn’t bought any gifts,” Donnie Sanders, the owner said. “We hate to see anyone go without.”

On Sunday and Monday the business will be closed. They will reopen on Tuesday for returns, sizing, and exchanges.

• Pink Peppers will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day this week. On Christmas Eve, they are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. They are closed on Christmas Day. On Tuesday, the business will resume regular business hours. All returns are store credit or exchange.
• Christopher’s is open on Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. On Saturday, the business will be 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. On Sunday, they’re open from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. They will be closed Christmas Day.

Tuesday the store will resume regular business hours for returns, ring sizing, and item exchanges.

“We open up the day after Christmas to service people who got gifts that didn’t quite fit them,” Donna Lawrence, the owner said.

“We want our customers to be able to wear their gifts as soon as possible.” There are no cash refunds within 10 days of purchase.

 

• Town and Country will be open until 5:30 p.m. Friday. On Saturday, the business will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. They will be closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. On Tuesday, they will reopen from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. All refunds are store credit as long as it’s within 30 days of purchase.
• J.C. Penney’s will be open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. until Friday. On Saturday, the hours are 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. On Christmas Eve, they will be open from 12-5 p.m. They are closed for Christmas Day. On Tuesday, they will be open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. for all returns and exchanges.
• Walmart is open with regular business hours until Christmas Eve. On Christmas Eve, they will close at 6 p.m. The store is closed for Christmas Day. They will reopen on Tuesday at 6 a.m. for all returns and exchanges.
• Factory Connection is open every day from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. everyday until Sunday. On Sunday, the business will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. On Christmas Day, they will be closed. On Tuesday, they will be open again from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. for all returns.
• Maurices is open everyday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. until Friday. On Saturday, the business will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. On Sunday, they’re open from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. They will be closed in observance of Christmas, and reopen on Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. for all returns.
• Hibbetts Sports will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. until Saturday. On Saturday, they will be open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. On Sunday, they will be open from 12 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The business will be closed on Christmas Day and reopen on Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. for all exchanges.
