The Lower Alabama Arts Coalition presented its Golden Palette Award to Andalusia Regional Hospital.

The award is given each year by the LAAC to recognize individuals and entities that do more than most to support the fine and performing arts. The recognition was presented at last night’s Chamber banquet.

Presenter Fadra Chance said ARH has been supportive of not only the LAAC, but also the Andalusia Ballet and the Covington Arts Council, and promotes art on location with photography and other art displays.

Community relations director Patty Ashworth accepted the award for ARH.
