Cynthia Powell was sworn in as a member of the Board of Registrars Friday afternoon. Here, Probate Judge Ben Bowden administers the oath of office to Powell. A retirement reception for her was also held in the law library upstairs in the Covington County Courthouse. Powell retired from her job in the probate office.
