Red Level’s Kyle Adams was sworn in Friday as the county commissioner for District 4. Adams won the runoff in April, and was set to take office in November. However, Gov. Robert Bentley appointed him to fill the remaining term of Carl Turman, who passed away recently. Here, Probate Judge Stacy Brooks administers the oath of office.
