Three Opp residents were jailed Tuesday after Drug Task Force agents found marijuana and moonshine in their Henry Avenue home.

Assistant DTF Commander Paul Hudson said agents went to the home to investigate a possible meth lab, but after a search, found only marijuana and some meth residue.

Hudson said agents were required to get a second search warrant for the home after finding a locked room that was occupied by another adult.

“That adult wasn’t home at the time and couldn’t give consent to search, so we had to get another search warrant,” he said. “Inside there, we found a light bulb containing meth residue and some more marijuana.”

Agents also found a glass jar containing moonshine, which was turned over to the Alabama Beverage Control Board.

Arrested were CiJi Blue, 26, and Jason M. Oglesby, 28, who were charged with second-degree possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. The two were booked into the county jail and held on a $20,500 bond.

James K. Oglesby, 55, was also arrested on those charges, as well as possession of untaxed liquor. He was held on a $23,500 bond.
