His maternal grandparents are Angela Peterson of Georgiana and Bobby Blount of Andalusia.

His paternal grandparents are Bettie Thomas of Rantoul, Ill., and Christopher Rudolph of Louisiana.

Christopher was a blessing on two fronts as he was also born on his father’s birthday.

Timmy and Nancy Cain of Fort Rucker announce the birth of their son, Ian Nicholas Cain.

He was born on Sept. 24, 2011, at Andalusia Regional Hospital. He weighed 7 pounds, 15 ounces and was 22 inches long.

His maternal grandparents are Buddy Terry and Wanda Patterson of Enterprise.

His paternal grandparents are Tommy and Vicki Cain of Andalusia.

He was welcomed home by his big sister, Abigayle.
