RLS beats Flomaton 63-47

Red Level beat Flomaton 63-47 on Friday night at RLS.

The Tigers and Hurricanes were even at 11-11 at the end of the first period.

Red Level then went on to a 28-19 half time lead, and outscored Flomaton 23-12 in the third period.

“We played real good defense,” RLS head boys basketball coach Allen Catrett said. “We took care of the basketball, and we had only four turnovers in the first half.”

Red Level had three players finish in double figures. James Feagin had 19 points, KJ Lawrence had 17 points and Dee Tolbert had 13.

In girls action, Flomaton beat Red Level 38-36.

The Tigers (3-4) will play host to McKenzie on Tuesday night.
