A convicted sex offender is facing more jail time after he allegedly moved to River Falls without giving proper notice.
River Falls Police Chief Greg Jackson said Wednesday Grady Anthony “Amp” Lee was arrested two counts of violating the community notification act.
Jackson said Officer Kyle Adams began investigating Lee’s living situation after receiving information the man was living in a home off Herring Lane. Lee’s address of record according to the Department of Public Safety’s Community Notification Center is 2141 Casey Lee Road, McKenzie. He was convicted in 1998 in Butler County of raping an adult female.
Lee was also charged with violation of probation, and remains in the Covington County Jail without bond.
