A grand jury has indicted an Opp man for allegedly enticing a 13-year-old boy in January.
Michael E. Zebracki, 50, was indicted on one count of enticing a child after first being arrested by the Opp Police Department at the beginning of the year.
Sgt. Walter Inabinett with the OPD said then that the investigation began when Zebiacki allegedly attempted to get the child, described as an “acquaintance,” to enter the basement of his home “for immoral purposes.”
Zebracki was arrested Friday and released that afternoon on a $100,000 bond.
The charge is a class C felony and if convicted, he could face up to 10 years in prison.
