The Red Level Tigers (1-2) look to keep up the momentum from last week as they welcome in Kinston (0-3) on Friday night for a Class 1A, Region 2 battle in Red Level.

Kinston comes into the contest searching for their first win of the season, but have won the past four match ups against Red Level.

Red Level leads the all-time series with an 11-6 record against the Bulldogs.

Last week, Kinston fell to region opponent Georgiana 50-0.

The Tigers knocked off Florala 32-14 for their first win of the season last Friday.

John Lee continued to be the focal point of the Tigers’ offense in the regional victory over Florala.

The senior running back Lee finished with more than 300 yards on the ground and four touchdowns.

“We have to get ready for Kinston now,” Red Level head coach James Wise said. “After that we have homecoming against J.F. Shields, and then comes the stretch I call ‘Amen Corner’. We will face the big boys, Georgiana, Brantley and McKenzie, three weeks in a row. I like the improvements I’ve seen, but we have to continue to get better.”
