CHARLES PRESTON “CHARLIE” COPE

Mr. Charles Preston “Charley” Cope, 89, of Andalusia, passed away Friday, June 15, 2018, in Andalusia Manor.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, June 18, at First Baptist Church with the Rev. John Foster and the Rev. Kevin Wilburn officiating. Interment will follow in Andalusia Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Monday at First Baptist Church. Foreman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Suzy and Shayne Lord of Opp; two sons and daughters-in-law, Lucky and Felicia Cope of Andalusia, Tony and Carol Cope of Auburn; his grandchildren, Abby (Cory) Wiggins, Carrie (Shaun) Mitchell, Joe (Kathryn) Cope, Bricken (Skylar) Cope, Preston (Paige) Cope, Ella Grace Cope; eight great-grandchildren, Katelyn, Cuba, Miley, Shayne, Joseph, Drennan, Charlie, Russell and Lane; and a brother, Johnny Blue, of Andalusia.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Mary Ann Cope; a brother, James Duffy Cope; and sister, Wanda Blue Studstill.

Pallbearers will be Joe Cope, Bricken Cope, Preston Cope, Cory Wiggins, Shaun Mitchell, and Chuck Studstill.

Honorary Pallbearers will be the Baracca Class of First Baptist Church.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church Renovation Fund.

HARRY JAMES CLARK

Mr. Harry James Clark, age 75, of Andalusia, passed away in a DeFuniak Springs, Florida, nursing facility on Friday, June 15, 2018. He worked from 2007 until 2014 in the sporting goods department at the Andalusia Wal-Mart and was formerly a TV repairman, an Andalusia police officer, and a state trooper in Nevada. He was also a Vietnam War Army veteran.

He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Peggy Odom Clark of Andalusia; two sons, John Thomas (Alicia) Clark of Laurel Hill, Florida, and William Eric Clark (Bravo) of Atlanta; and three grandchildren, Samantha Clark, John Thomas Clark, Jr., and Jordan Clark. He is also survived by his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law: Elaine and Orea Thompson of Tallahassee, Helen and Gerald Walker of Andalusia, and Rhetta and Ricky Brackin of Kinston.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Clark, in 1997.

Memorialization is by cremation. A private family service will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Keahey Funeral Home.

GLENDA CASTLEBERRY NALL

Mrs. Glenda Castleberry Nall of Montgomery, formerly of Andalusia, passed away Sunday, June 17, 2018, in a Montgomery hospital. She was 75.

Survivors include her loving husband, Rufus Nall of Montgomery; sons, Jason Wayne (Lynn) Castleberry of Andalusia; Curtis Ray Castleberry of Andalusia; step children, Aubrey Nall of Montgomery and Heather Lett of Greenville; grandchildren, Madison Castleberry, William Castleberry and Jazmine Castleberry; brothers, Ottis Jay Dubose of Andalusia and Kenneth Robert (Linda Rabren) Dubose of Andalusia; sisters, Nora Dickens of Pensacola and Linda Dubose (Phil) Tisdale of Andalusia.

Mrs. Nall was preceded in death by her parents, Oney Jackson Dubose and Ester Moody Dubose; and by her brothers, Odis Dubose, Archie Dubose and Joe Dubose.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday, June 20, 2018, at Keahey Funeral Home Chapel of Andalusia with the Rev. Rick Evans officiating. Interment will follow in Stone Lake Gardens. Serving as pallbearers will be Aubrey Nall, Eugene Nall, Bobby Gunn, J.V. Dubose and Jeff Dubose. Keahey Funeral Home of Andalusia has been entrusted with arrangements.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, June 19, 2018, at Keahey Funeral Home of Andalusia.
